Description: Refurbishment of a 3rd floor 1 bedroom apartment
The apartment benefits from a very covetable west facing roof terrace with an outlook onto Colville Mews. The apartment has been designed to provide a contemporary home for a young client, oriented around this external space. We proposed a series of interventions to open up the interior, and also improved the horizontal sound insulation between neighbouring properties to reduce sound transmission.
